Invoke Staffing

Invoke Staffing is a recruitment firm based in Raleigh, North Carolina, that focuses on construction, engineering and real estate development. It was co-founded in 2014 by Ned Dickinson and Tyler Dickinson, who are managing partners, and Vince Carnevale is its director of recruiting.

The firm handles permanent placements and long-term strategic hires for construction, commercial real estate and engineering companies. Roles it recruits for include construction project managers, superintendents, project engineers, preconstruction, project executives and VDC/BIM, as well as human resources, accounting and business development positions.

Invoke Staffing says it has a network across North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and Tennessee, and reports hundreds of placements across dozens of clients since 2014. It works one-on-one with clients and candidates, using referrals and a consultative search, and says it works only with select clients.
