Investigo is a recruitment business that began as a small London team and has been connecting people since 2003. It has grown into a global consultancy and says it works across more than 20 specialist markets, helping clients hire in finance, technology, consulting and change. It places candidates from graduate level to C-suite, on interim and permanent bases.

Investigo is part of The IN Group, a collection of six brands covering recruitment, executive search, consultancy, advisory and talent management. Richard Eardley is CEO of Investigo, Definia and InX, Matt Smith is Managing Director and Nick Baxter is Chairman.

The company reports more than 200 consultants and more than 10 global offices. It has a UK headquarters in London, an EU headquarters in Amsterdam and a US headquarters in New York. Candidates can also use an AI job matching tool that links an uploaded CV to open roles.
