Inverse Group is a white-collar recruitment agency based in Perth, Western Australia. It recruits for energy, resources, battery metals, renewable energy and technology companies, with a primary focus on oil and gas, mining and renewables. The roles it fills include engineers and designers across all disciplines, contracts and procurement, QHSE and environment, project services, corporate and leadership, finance and commercial, and project teams.

The company offers permanent placement, long-term contracting and payroll solutions, along with screening and clearances such as medical, police and qualification checks. Inverse Group was established in 2017 by a team of experienced industry professionals. In November 2021 it was acquired by Hiremii, an ASX listed company that provides a cloud-based recruitment automation platform. The company says its consultants have a combined 110 years of recruitment experience.
