Invero Staffing

Invero Staffing is a staffing agency serving the Inland Empire. It fills vacancies on a temporary (contract), temp-to-perm and direct hire basis in medical office, accounting and finance, manufacturing, office and administrative, warehouse and logistics, IT and desktop, customer service and call centre, legal, and human resources and payroll. Typical roles include administrative assistants, office managers, accountants, machinists, forklift operators and call centre representatives.

Its services cover direct hire, contract and temporary work, contract-to-hire, a payroll service for clients that prefer to outsource the payroll process, and HR consulting. Direct hire placements come with a 90 day guarantee, under which it refunds up to 90% of the fee for a placement that does not work out. In contract-to-hire, clients can hire the worker permanently after a set number of hours, with no fees once those hours are completed.

The company was launched in late 2015 by twin brothers James and Daniel, who had more than a decade of experience in the staffing industry. Their mother, Carole Phillips, began her own career in staffing in London.
