Invenia Search

Invenia Search is a specialist recruitment and executive search firm for the life sciences, medtech and healthtech sectors. It was founded in 2009 and has offices in Leeds, UK and New York, US. It is part of XT Group, with CrimsonXT as a sister company.

The firm recruits across research tools, diagnostics and scientific technology, biotech and pharma, medtech and devices, healthtech, and nutrition and food tech. It serves clients from seed stage to enterprise across the US, EMEA and APAC, at levels from mid-level to board. Its appointments cover full board and C-suite, vice presidents, and directors and heads of department.

Each consultant works in a single sector, and senior consultants run every search themselves. For senior and board-level hires it works on a retained basis, with one dedicated consultant, a mapping of the whole market and a shortlist of candidates. It says many of its clients have worked with it for years.
