Intro Hiring

Intro Hiring is a recruitment agency based in Voorhees, New Jersey, that focuses on skilled trades and small businesses. It says its mission is to support small business owners by finding the talent they need to grow and sustain their business.

It recruits for management roles, skilled workforce positions such as mechanics, electricians and truck drivers, and office support. Employers can use it for one-off hiring to fill a particular position, or on a retainer, where it says it handles all of a client's hiring needs, whether the client is growing or filling a vacancy. It also offers consulting for companies that want to build an internal recruitment team, from procuring an applicant tracking system to finding a recruiting manager.

For job seekers, it reviews resumes and career goals and prepares candidates for interviews. It states that it does not charge job seekers for its services.
