Intelligent Recruitment

Intelligent Recruitment is a boutique specialist search and recruitment firm based in Sydney, New South Wales. It provides recruitment consultancy and employment services for employers and job seekers, and says recruitment is the only work it does.

It recruits for construction, engineering and manufacturing, and its consultants also have experience in finance and accounting. Gender diversity is another specialist area. It works with businesses of all sizes, from small and medium-sized enterprises to large corporate organisations, across the commercial, not-for-profit and government sectors.

The firm is led by director Sharon Austin, who it says has over 30 years of experience as a recruitment professional.
