Integress

Integress is a boutique technical search firm that recruits across the United States for manufacturing, industrial automation, distribution and materials handling, and IT. It also says it has extensive experience placing people in highly regulated industries such as aerospace, medical device manufacturing and pharmaceuticals.

The firm fills roles from individual contributors to technical leaders, and runs executive searches for engineering, technical and IT positions from director to C-level. Its services cover permanent placement, contingent search and contract or temporary hiring. It says it takes no fee unless a role is filled, and for urgent contract work it can optionally run payroll. It reports over 20 collective years of experience as engineering and IT headhunters.

Its principal is Joe Van Tassel. The main office is in Franklin, Tennessee, with a second office in Costa Mesa, California.
