Integra Talent Group

Integra Talent Group is a UK recruitment agency that specialises in the finance and digital media sectors. It works with large PLC, SME and start-up organisations and provides recruitment services to both clients and candidates. Its office is in Manchester.

The agency was co-founded by directors Xavier Parisi and Jamie Saberi. Parisi has a background in professional services recruitment and has overseen finance, HR and business support divisions. Saberi has recruited across the digital, data and technology sectors for eight years, and works on placements across the UK, European and US markets.

Its process starts with taking a brief to understand the business culture and role requirements. It then sources candidates from its network, meets candidates face to face, and submits a shortlist of CVs for interview.
