About the Agency
Inspired Selections is a UK recruitment agency focused on the optical sector. It is part of Inspired Recruitment Group and also covers audiology, pharmaceutical and a range of other industries. It is based in Solihull.
The agency recruits Optometrists, Dispensing Opticians, Optical Assistants, Hearing Aid Dispensers and Audiologists, and says it supplies both multiple and independent optical practices. Candidates upload a CV and register with the agency, and its consultants select vacancies for them. It says it asks more than 65 questions at registration to establish what a candidate needs.
Alongside placements, it runs job alerts, which it says about 15,000 people have signed up to, and publishes advice on interviews and handing in notice. It also offers relocation advice to candidates willing to move for a role.
