Insight Construction Consulting and Recruiting was founded by Nick Reeder with the goal of helping construction projects succeed and connecting organisations with qualified candidates across the sector. Mr Reeder is a veteran of the civil construction industry with extensive experience as an engineer, superintendent and project manager, holding licensure as a Professional Engineer in Virginia. Throughout his career, Reeder has worked on highway, airport and bridge projects for major construction firms, ranging from several million to 1.3 billion dollars, giving him practical expertise in project startup, operations and closeout.

Insight Construction offers CPM scheduling, estimating and construction management services for highway, bridge, airport and civil construction markets, specialising in bid-build, design-build and P3 mega projects. Nationally, the firm provides staffing for full-time and contract roles across civil and site construction, highway construction, bridge construction, water and wastewater construction, commercial and industrial construction, and foundation and specialty construction. Reeder's extensive industry network and insider knowledge position him uniquely to address staffing challenges from entry level through management ranks.
