Originally known as personal total Essen, the firm spent many years as a partner in the personal total consultant network and later in the Passion for People network, but concluded that such cooperations delivered more value to the network's initiators than to the member firms, and it now operates independently, using its own expertise for bespoke solutions. In assessment, inquira reviews application documents, interviews candidates and referees, uses personality analyses where useful and produces a reasoned shortlist based on facts and impressions against the client's target profile, then accompanies the subsequent interviews and negotiations as an intermediary and adviser to both sides.
