InPlay Recruit provides candidate and employer recruitment solutions to the online gaming and IT sectors. It is based in London.

For employers it offers three services: Talent Search, Recruitment Lifecycle and Graduate Recruitment, delivered after working with each client to understand its requirements. For candidates, it draws on its expertise and contact network in online gaming and IT to match people with roles that fit their skills, experience and career objectives.

The business is run by Richard Jones and Kerri Jones. Richard, who has worked in the online gaming sector for 15 years, focuses on employer services. Kerri, who reports more than 20 years of delivering technical and design projects, takes primary responsibility for candidates. They work with a small team of recruitment consultants.
