Innov8Search

Innov8Search is a search and recruitment firm focused on MedTech and life sciences, covering the med tech, biotech and pharma sectors. It recruits across Australia and New Zealand, APAC and the UK. The firm says it was built by MedTech and Life Sciences insiders and reports 20 plus years in the field. Tara Sharma is its Managing Director.

It fills commercial, operational, financial and executive roles, along with sales, marketing and operations positions. Its services include executive search, with confidential search under NDA for sensitive leadership changes, and niche skill set search. It also offers recruitment process outsourcing for permanent hiring, delivered on-site or off-site, and opportunistic hiring from candidates it has already mapped. Talent acquisition partnership programmes develop people from outside the industry for clinical support, sales associate and junior operations roles. Advisory and consultancy, and interim and fractional search, complete the offer.

Searches follow a modular model that starts with a kick-off session with stakeholders, then market mapping, with milestone based billing and weekly updates during the search.
