Injob Personal is a Swiss recruitment and staffing business with offices in Basel and Aarau. It fills temporary and permanent positions for client companies in the building and related trades, including timber construction, carpentry, tiling, building services, electrical work, painting and plastering, main construction, and transport and logistics.

The company says it has worked with its clients since 2003. Its services include temporary staffing, permanent recruitment, and Try & Hire, a temporary trial placement of at least three months that can lead to a permanent job without further costs. It also offers payrolling, in which it acts as the employer of the staff and takes over the administration. For permanent placements, it says the client pays only when a placement succeeds.

It reports more than 200 regular clients. The team is led by managing director Patrick Geller, and the Aarau office is headed by Stefan Gerber.
