Infinity Staff Global

Infinity Staff Global provides South African recruiters, candidate sourcers and outsourced recruitment admin staff to UK recruitment agencies, either as individuals or as entire teams. The staff work in the client agency's hours, systems and CRM, and are employed and supported by Infinity Staff Global.

The company was founded in Durban in 2020 by recruiter Ross Thompson, who is its director and says he has over 25 years of recruitment experience. It is set up to operate across South Africa and the UK, with offices in Gillitts, KwaZulu-Natal, and in London. Besides basic recruitment admin and sourcing, it supplies 180-degree recruiters, who handle candidate management only, and 360-degree recruiters, who handle both clients and candidates. It also places marketing, back office support and business development professionals.

It says it provides its own HR, IT and compliance specialists, works to POPIA data protection requirements, and is a partner of the TRN, TEAM and the REC.
