Infinite Talent

Infinite Talent is a UK recruitment agency based in Birmingham, recruiting in technology, finance, human resources and logistics. It is part of the Swipejobs group, which describes itself as an AI-native digital exchange for jobs, and the agency says it combines human experience with technology to match talent to roles.

Logistics is where Infinite began. Its logistics team covers roles from warehouse management systems specialists to supply chain and operations leaders, UK-wide. The technology team focuses on change, transformation and direct hiring. The finance team covers roles from FTSE 250 executives in banking and insurance to crypto scaleups, and the human resources team concentrates on leadership recruitment across people, culture and organisational development roles.

Services include contract, permanent and executive search recruitment, an embedded service within clients' talent acquisition teams, and headhunting for confidential or hard-to-fill roles nationwide. It also supports start-ups scaling after Series A funding and organisations going through change projects.
