Industry Talent

Industry Talent is an Australian recruitment business founded by Krystal Smithers. It recruits for finance, property, leadership, operations and marketing roles, working with founders, directors and hiring managers. It describes its approach as relationship led and high-touch rather than high-volume.

For businesses, it offers permanent recruitment managed from role briefing to onboarding, executive search for senior leaders, contract and project talent, and consulting and advisory covering market insights, salary benchmarking, workforce planning and recruitment process advice. For candidates, it provides job matching, career coaching, resume and branding support, and access to roles that are not advertised publicly.

The company reports more than 300 permanent hires across Australia, over ten years of recruitment and industry experience, and 86 per cent of roles filled through referral and repeat business. It operates in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.
