Indigeco

Indigeco is an Australian recruitment and labour hire company that is majority Aboriginal-owned and Supply Nation certified. It was started in 2017 by Priscilla Mason, Todd Mason and Greg Barnes, who were working in the construction industry and wanted to widen access to meaningful work for Indigenous Australians. Its head office is in North Sydney.

The company recruits for government and business across white-collar and blue-collar roles. Its areas are business support, information technology, accounting and finance, engineering and construction, HR and change, marketing and communications, project services and transformation, and trades and labour. It places permanent and contract staff and supplies labour hire. It also offers government recruitment, Indigenous recruitment, payroll, procurement and bulk recruitment.

Indigeco has offices in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, the Gold Coast and Wellington in Western NSW. It says every brief is handled by a senior consultant who stays involved through to placement. Traineeships are offered through MobReady.
