Incluso

Incluso is a Stockholm-based recruitment and consultant hire company with a focus on international talent. It was founded in 2015 to help newly arrived graduates into the Swedish labour market through coaching, internships and work, and it still centres on international skills. It is authorised by Kompetensföretagen.

Incluso recruits international candidates for clients in Sweden and other countries. Its services are recruitment from requirement profile to signed contract, targeted search for roles that are hard to fill, and consultant hire for shorter or longer assignments, with Incluso as the consultants' employer. Clients get one contact person who handles the requirement profile, the selection and the follow-up after the start. It recruits specialists in IT, telecom, administration, HR and finance, and names telecom, automotive, food processing, packaging and banking and finance among its client sectors.

It reports more than 1,000 placed positions and says its candidates speak more than 30 native languages. It takes assignments across Sweden and has candidates and contacts in more than 40 countries. David Lundborg is managing director.
