About the Agency
INAC Hospitality is an Australian hospitality recruitment agency that places temporary and permanent staff. It began in 2010 as I Need a Chef and was renamed INAC Hospitality in 2022. It is owned and operated by Paul Mawdsley, the founder and a qualified chef, and Ben Tate.
On the temporary side it supplies back and front of house staff for major events, stadiums, boardrooms and hotels, and says it has covered more than 1 million shifts. Permanent work covers culinary, food and beverage, operations, boardroom and executive level placements. Roles include chefs, wait staff, bar staff, baristas, kitchen hands and concierge. Clients range from hotel groups, caterers and restaurants to corporate, government, education and healthcare organisations, and it also provides staff for private homes.
It has offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Perth, Newcastle, Adelaide and Cairns, and sends staff to other parts of Australia. It is a licensed labour hire provider and a corporate member of the RCSA. Staff are interviewed in person, and skills tests are used for roles that need them.
