IN2U HR

IN2U HR is a recruitment, staffing and HR consulting company headquartered in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. It says it was founded by John Jeong in September 2013, and it provides services in New York, New Jersey, Georgia, Texas, Mexico and South Korea.

Its recruitment work includes a Korean recruitment service connecting Koreans to Korean companies in the US, with Samsung SDS, LG CNS and Hanwha named as clients. Candidates moving from Korea are hired as IN2U employees, an attorney handles the immigration process, and the company finances visa costs, to be repaid over a two-year plan. Its staffing arm supplies temporary workers to blue-collar industries including warehousing, manufacturing, logistics and retail. It says it hires only documented, E-Verified workers, and it runs offices in New Jersey, Texas and Georgia, with a representative in Tennessee.

It also offers HR consulting to Korean and global companies in the US, covering HR transformation, cross-cultural leadership, talent acquisition and retention strategy, and organisational restructuring.
