Impact Advising

Impact Advising is a recruitment and advisory firm that works nationally across Australia. It delivers specialist recruitment and advisory services to the not-for-profit, health and community sectors, placing people from entry-level roles to executive leadership.

The roles it recruits for include health and community services, fundraising, marketing and communications, and corporate services, and it also offers executive search. It works with both job seekers and the organisations hiring them.

The firm was founded by Nadia Pachon, Rosheen Singh and Chloe Barton, who each hold the title Co-Founder and Recruitment Director. Pachon recruits mainly for the not-for-profit, social services, corporate services and health sectors. Singh has recruited fundraisers since 2009. Barton specialises in executive and leadership recruitment across corporate services, clinical and program delivery functions.
