IGA Talent Solutions is a recruitment and executive search firm founded in 2018 by Peter Knowles and James Craven, who set out to bring a consultative and agile recruitment solution to the market. It is part of the Hamilton Bradshaw group and is backed by James Caan CBE.

The firm works across professional services, financial services and TMT sectors, serving businesses ranging from SMEs to complex global matrix organisations. Its services cover executive search, exclusive search, project solutions, contract and interim hiring, and complete workforce solutions. It says it works closely with clients to determine present and future business needs, then develops talent strategies to meet them.

Its consultants recruit from C-suite to managerial level, with specialisms in actuarial services, business change and transformation, investments, legal transformation and innovation, risk and compliance, technology and pensions. IGA has offices in London, Leeds and Geneva.
