Ifoa Management is an Italian agenzia per il lavoro founded in Reggio Emilia in 1997, born out of the long experience of the training body Ente di Formazione Ifoa, with the aim of supporting people in developing the skills their professional plans require. For public bodies Ifoa Management supports the management of selection processes throughout Italy, following every stage of the procedure in line with the rules, requirements and criteria set for public selection, and that process can be run entirely online while keeping quality standards high. Alongside recruitment it delivers accompagnamento al lavoro: orientation, training and job-search programmes that help people enter or re-enter the labour market, including by starting a business, funded in large part through public schemes such as GOL and Garanzia Giovani, which makes the great majority of those services free to users.
