Ideal Recruit

Ideal Recruit was founded in 2008 by Russell Jones and supplies temporary, permanent and contract staff to clients ranging from small and medium-sized businesses to multinational organisations across the UK. It works across industrial and commercial sectors, with roles in aerospace, engineering and technical, finance and accounts, industrial, warehousing and assembly, commercial, admin and customer service, and director and senior management. It also runs a driving division.

The company says it operates from offices in the North West and Midlands, with a head office in Manchester and further offices in Burnley, Doncaster, Birmingham, Warrington, Northampton, Nottingham and Stoke-on-Trent. Its services include master vendor supply, selection and on-site solutions, and it says it can also handle personnel management, payroll and administration for temporary staff. Candidates are referenced and checked for eligibility to work in the UK, and the company says it is available 24 hours a day.
