Iceberg is a recruitment firm that specialises in cybersecurity and eDiscovery hiring. It says it has worked in this space since 2016, serving organisations from tech start-ups to global enterprises, including banks, SaaS companies, government bodies, defence, management consultancies, energy and utilities firms and law firms.

Its recruitment work covers four areas: cyber technology roles such as security engineers, architects and analysts; legal roles including attorneys, data privacy and AI specialists and eDiscovery project managers; go-to-market roles in cybersecurity and eDiscovery; and senior appointments such as CISOs and consulting partners. Its vetting includes technical assessments, interviews and reference checks, and it also gives candidates help with CV preparation and interview coaching.

Iceberg has locations in London, Amsterdam and New York, and says it operates across 23 countries, including the UK, Europe and North America. It reports more than 1,000 placements and a network of 120,000 candidates, and says 98% of its placements are still in their roles after 18 months.
