iCare Staffing

iCare Staffing supplies staff to community service organisations and schools in Victoria. Its core work is round-the-clock staffing to support young people living in residential and out-of-home care, covering residential and home-based care, respite care, circuit breaker and contingency staffing, 24-hour shift cover and transport.

The business began in November 2019 as Integrated Therapeutic Care, now iCare Staffing. Its directors, Ty and Rod, have backgrounds in child protection and residential care. In 2024 it began supporting the education sector with staffing and permanent recruitment, including youth workers, teachers, wellbeing and learning support workers and principals in schools.

It reports a head-office team of 14 supporting more than 300 DFFH-compliant staff in the field, and says it has more than 20 years of recruitment experience.
