HW Select Ltd

HW Select Ltd is an IT recruitment agency based in London. It serves businesses and candidates across London and the UK and says it fills IT jobs globally. The company says it specialises in retained and contingency search for experienced IT professionals, on a permanent and contract basis.

It says it works across all sectors, with some of its biggest successes in investment management roles with an IT focus, and that it also covers a range of roles in the fintech space. It reports that 80% of the roles it fills come through headhunting and its network of candidates, and 20% through social media and other more traditional routes.

The company says many of its consultants have more than 15 years' experience in niche executive technical search and selection and come from technical backgrounds, and that its foundation was built over 20 years. It says it usually starts working with one office of a client and is then recommended to that client's other global offices.
