Humanology Recruitment is an Adelaide-based recruitment business that describes itself as a technology-led recruitment platform. It uses psychometric testing, behavioural matching and video responses from shortlisted candidates, which employers watch before any face-to-face interview. Its services cover permanent positions, executive placements, and talent assessment and selection.

Employers pay a flat fee rather than a percentage of salary: $750 plus GST to start and $5,450 plus GST on a successful placement. It says it will find a different applicant at no charge if the first hire does not work out within three months. It is aimed at businesses that hire regularly across admin, operations or professional roles, and it reports work in admin, reception, bookkeeping and professional services.

Mel Blondell founded Humanology after years in HR and recruitment. The company was created by the team behind Red Seed Productivity Strategists, and it operates across Australia, the US and the UK.
