Humanity

Humanity is a workforce augmentation partner that connects SAP and technology contractors and permanent staff with projects that need them. It recruits for both short-term contract and permanent roles, and serves businesses that need to add specialist capacity as well as the contractors who fill those roles.

The company says it also handles contractor administration such as GST, PAYE and compliance on behalf of clients. It describes its approach as people-first, saying it takes time to understand the goals and motivations of both contractors and businesses before making a match.
