HumanFlex B.V. is a Dutch recruitment company that helps employers find the right temporary or permanent talent in their sector, with the experience the client asks for, so that the client can concentrate on running the business. It was founded by Erwin together with Patricia, and grew out of Erwin's advisory work with entrepreneurs on financing, business process improvement, growth and expansion abroad, where questions about filling permanent or temporary posts came up so regularly that a dedicated business made sense. HumanFlex says it seeks long-term relationships, both with client organisations and between clients and their new employees, rather than a one-size-fits-all solution.

The company names six sectors it is active in. In banking it points to more than 30 years of banking experience in house as the basis for understanding what a client is looking for. It fills office functions, works in retail where its own retail experience extends to advising on business operations, and places HR professionals across a diversity of roles and levels, from generalist to specialist. It also fills temporary and permanent vacancies in energy, and recruits at all levels and functions within automotive. Contract forms cover detavast, freelance and ZZP arrangements, project contracts and detachering, so an employer can choose the engagement model that fits the role.
