Human Vision

Human Vision is a Personalvermittlung and HR-Prozessberatung that describes itself as an experienced partner for tailored personnel solutions. Its speciality is highly qualified specialists and experienced managers in the kaufmännischer Bereich, the commercial functions of a business. The firm offers three services to employers: Personalberatung and Personalvermittlung, HR-Prozessberatung, and Interim- and Projektmanagement. Candidates are served through Personalvermittlung, interim and project assignments and a Stellenangebote listing, with separate portals published for companies and for candidates. Human Vision states that it goes one step further with its advisory approach than its competitors, and that its guiding principle is to make the client's vision reality, expressed on the site as the client's vision being the firm's mission.

The disciplines covered are set out explicitly: HR, Accounting, Controlling, Tax, Einkauf, Sales and Marketing, Logistik and Supply Chain Management. Those eight fields define the mandates, whether the requirement is a permanent hire, an interim manager or project support. The consultancy emphasises that every client and every candidate is unique and requires bespoke solutions, and its team of experienced Personalberater works closely with clients to understand exactly what is needed before winning the best candidates for them.

Human Vision was founded by Manuel Schmitz and Rohat Felix Han, both Co Founder and Managing Partner, who between them hold close to 20 years of experience in Personalvermittlung and HR consulting. Manuel Schmitz moved into the Personalberatung industry directly after studying economics in Bonn and has spent more than 13 years bringing companies and employees together, most recently as Prokurist in strategic organisational development for around 180 staff at a listed German market leader. He built an entire branch of more than 30 people from scratch as Standortleiter, at the time the most successful office opening in that company's history, and spent five years as Geschäftsführer of a subsidiary focused on interim and project management.
