Human Fit is a systemische Personal- und Unternehmensberatung, a systemic personnel and management consultancy, based in Mannheim. Its stated purpose is to raise potential together with clients and to shape the future with the right leaders. The consultancy argues that markets are changing disruptively, collaboration is becoming more complex, and the tasks of a manager increasingly demand innovation and an understanding of new approaches, so a systemic view and a conscious sense of direction are fundamental for both companies and the people in demanding positions within complex systems. Human Fit's answer to those challenges is the right leadership, and it focuses on a client's executives and on the chains of cause and effect that run through the organisation, helping uncover hidden potential in the leadership team and giving a clear view of who is best suited to which tasks.

The consultancy works across three connected areas. Management Diagnostik analyses everything from company culture through the team to the individual manager, using proven, certified tools that make the whole process transparent and traceable, and it helps align the organisation and workforce more successfully on company goals. Executive Search brings clients together with the leaders who best fit the company and the role, through a personal analysis of how individual motive structures influence a candidate's thinking, perception and actions, compared against a target profile in an evaluation meeting, with support during the reflection on the final selection. Development and coaching is delivered individually and tailored to each personality, with an emphasis on trust, mutual appreciation and a partnership on equal terms, and the consultancy also works on resilience and antifragility.

Human Fit is a one-person consultancy operating from Erzberger Straße 19 in Mannheim. The founder studied psychology and then worked in various areas as a manager at large industrial companies, SMEs and family businesses, and since 2007 has developed Human Fit's solutions in executive search, coaching and management diagnostics together with national and international partners.
