Huddle is an executive search and interim management company that carries out recruitment assignments for businesses with a firm technical base, from larger mkb manufacturers through to multinationals in the process industry and tank storage. It finds the right people for key positions in directie, management and specialist roles, focused on senior posts from 85K upwards. Huddle supports organisations both in filling permanent vacancies and in providing interim solutions for a temporary assignment or an urgent issue, and it also delivers Recruitment Process Insourcing, or RPI, temporarily taking over all or part of a client's recruitment process.

The company works with the technical and industrial sector and has a strong specialisation in midstream. It is also active in manufacturing, petrochemie, nucleair and offshore maritime, describing its market as oil, energy, gas and production companies.
