Hire Solution Services

Hire Solution Services, which also goes by HSS, is a workforce solutions provider serving blue collar and white collar industries in Australia. It supplies candidates for part-time, contract and permanent positions. Its account management and service delivery team is based in Subiaco and supports clients across Western Australia.

The company recruits for mining, both surface and underground, as well as civil, construction, energy, exploration and geology, mineral processing, real estate, trades and maintenance, transport and logistics, and administration and office support. It says its recruiters have worked on site as operators, administrators or in other key industry roles.

It handles the process from sourcing, vetting and interviewing through to compliance, onboarding and exit. Its staff visit sites, stay in camp and attend pre-start meetings so that candidates are prepared. The company says it has over 30 years of experience in recruitment.
