HRU Tech

HRU Tech is a staffing and recruitment firm that specialises in technology. It says it has recruiters trained in more specific niches within the tech industry, and that each client gets a single point of contact.

The firm offers four services. Contingent staffing lets clients ramp a project workforce up and down. Project recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) is aimed at small and medium-sized companies and at businesses growing quickly, where an added recruiting team supports the in-house HR function and the project ends once hiring stabilises. Direct hire staffing covers hard-to-fill roles. On-demand sourcing adds sourcing capacity to a client's own talent acquisition team, and can be switched on and off as needed.
