Hrfox

Hrfox is a recruiting firm that places people in permanent roles in construction and the skilled trades. It recruits construction leaders, project professionals and skilled tradespeople for contractors, service companies and industrial employers. Its construction leadership work covers superintendents, project managers, estimators and operations leaders for general and specialty contractors. On the trades side it recruits electricians, HVAC technicians, plumbers and pipefitters, and welders and fabricators.

The firm works on direct-hire placements, where the candidate joins the employer's team as a full-time employee. It agrees the work, location, pay, schedule and required credentials with the employer, introduces candidates, and coordinates the offer through acceptance. Employers interview candidates and make every hiring decision. Searches are run across the United States rather than in a single metro area.

Hrfox is also the parent company of Motocruit, a brand that recruits for automotive dealerships, collision centers and automotive service operations.
