Hr Xchange

Hr Xchange is a South African recruitment business that specialises in engineering, manufacturing, mining and supply chain roles. It also recruits for construction and retail, and says it has placed candidates in both white and blue-collar roles across South Africa. It was established in 2017 and works with SMEs, start-ups and large organisations.

The company offers permanent placements and contract staffing, where it manages payroll, admin, HR and IR matters. Its other services are candidate sourcing, recruitment process outsourcing, response handling, in which it screens responses and compiles a shortlist against minimum requirements, and pre-employment screening, which includes reference, criminal and qualification checks, ID checks and psychometric assessments.

It says its management team has over 20 years of experience in permanent, temporary and contract staff recruitment. Its recruiters are accredited by APSO, the Association of Personnel Service Organisations.
