HR Spectrum Ltd

HR Spectrum Ltd is a boutique HR recruitment consultancy based in Cardiff. It was founded in 2014 by Liz Williams, who is also its director. The company says Liz and her team of associates have been building relationships with HR professionals at a senior level for over 28 years, and that it has experience of emerging HR trends in Wales and the South West.

Its placements range from C-suite and middle management roles to HR graduate positions. Permanent services include retained executive search, exclusive permanent hires, campaign management and contingency database search. It also provides short-term HR hires to cover leave, secondments, maternity and paternity leave, and HR change and transition projects. Roles it recruits for include head of HR, head of diversity and inclusion, senior HR business partner, HR data specialist, learning and development, and compensation and benefits.

Beyond recruitment, it offers salary benchmarking by location and role, and access to a network of partners for coaching and mentoring. It organises employment law updates with the law firm Hugh James, facilitates discussion groups for HR directors and heads of HR, and sponsors CIPD events in Wales.
