HPG Recruiting

HPG Recruiting is a family-run boutique executive search firm based in Rancho Santa Margarita, California. It was established in 1999 from offices in Southern California and Chicago, Illinois, under its founder, Gary Hamm. Today it works from offices in Orange County, California, and says its territory stretches nationally.

Its search work covers healthcare on the provider side, including hospitals, managed care organizations and physician groups, as well as manufacturing and technology. It says it brings more than three decades of experience to its searches for executive leaders.

Its services are retained search, interim recruiting, a partner model and custom recruiting. Its contact form also lists candidate sourcing, contingency recruiting and onsite talent acquisition services. The search process runs from defining the client's requirements through candidate research, interviews, reference checks and placement, and it says it stays with each candidate from initiation to placement.
