Horizon Recruitment

Horizon Recruitment is a specialised recruitment firm connecting employers and professionals across accounting, finance, supply chain and executive leadership roles throughout Canada. It is based in Vancouver, with further offices in Calgary and Toronto. Its services are interim consulting for contract and project-based assignments, permanent recruitment, executive search in accounting, finance and supply chain, and payroll pass through for consultants an employer has sourced itself.

Work is organised into practice groups. In accounting and finance these cover accounting operations, financial planning and analysis, governance, risk and compliance, treasury and tax. In supply chain they cover procurement and contracts, inventory and warehousing, transportation and logistics, manufacturing and capital project delivery. It describes its hiring process as a structured framework called S.O.L.V.E.

Jeremy Tiffin and Feras Elkhalil founded the company in 2005 as WPCG Finance and Professional Recruitment. It launched its supply chain practice in 2009 and was renamed Horizon Recruitment in 2012. In 2019 it agreed to acquire Red Recruitment, a Calgary firm founded in 2011. Its sister company, Just HR, recruits for the human resources sector.
