Hope & Glory

Hope & Glory is a Melbourne recruitment firm focused on marketing, media and communications. Founded in 2015, it describes itself as a boutique, small practice and says it works exclusively in these fields. Its expertise covers public relations, public affairs, digital and stakeholder engagement, as well as related leadership roles.

The firm recruits permanent, temporary, contract, interim and executive positions, and works with private, public and not-for-profit organisations. Its case studies span professional services, retail, government, healthcare and not-for-profit clients. Although based in Melbourne, it partners with employers and candidates throughout Victoria and across Australia.

The firm was founded and is led by Matt Harrison. The company says he has two decades of recruitment experience in marketing, media and communications, and that he previously worked as a practitioner in these fields in the tourism industry in Australia and the United States.
