HOOZ is a Paris based company that calls itself an agent de talents, a talent agent, on the premise that footballers and film stars are not the only people entitled to have an agent. Its raison d'être is set out directly: the world is undergoing a deep transformation, society has entered an era of networks, immediacy and sharing, and is moving from an economy of ownership to one of use. The search for meaning, societal and environmental commitment and the balance between professional and personal life are all reflections of that shift. HOOZ believes this change is an opportunity for human resources to become the actors of change, and it deliberately disrupts the codes and customs of traditional recruitment and of the support given to cadres dirigeants, in order to put talent at the centre of the game.

The company splits its work between individuals and employers. For talents it offers repositionnement professionnel, professional repositioning, along with access to roles. For entreprises it offers offboarding support and a programme on becoming an inspiring leader. It also runs a formation, or training, arm with courses on the recruitment interview and on managing through influence, and it provides profiling de candidats. HOOZ notes that its quality certification was issued under the category of actions de formation, meaning training activity, and it publishes a blog alongside these services.

HOOZ is led by Stéphane Rodocanachi and works from 59 Boulevard Exelmans in the 16th arrondissement of Paris.
