Honeybee Hires is a recruitment agency that runs confidential career searches for pediatric therapists. It works with speech, occupational and physical therapists, and says its experience covers clinic, school, home health and virtual positions.

The company is led by founder and CEO Nina Riedy, who it says has more than 16 years of experience hiring pediatric therapists and has hired more than 250 therapists across multiple disciplines and settings. Her background includes work as a director for a large pediatric therapy company. The team also draws on earlier work in practice management and in private practice clinics, schools and home health.

It serves both clinicians and employers, from new graduates to established private practices. Employers go through an onboarding stage in which the agency builds a detailed profile of the practice, and the company reports that clients send offers to 9 out of 10 candidates it introduces. Clinicians have a one-to-one call about work history, career goals and preferred work environment before being matched with an employer partner.
