Home Hospitality

Home Hospitality is a recruitment agency that makes introductions within the hospitality industry. It says it is the preferred recruiter for many of London's independent restaurants, and that it has made an extensive list of influential and senior level introductions.

Lauren founded the company in 2018, after a career in hospitality that included heading an operations team for a national multi-site business. The team is all female and says it has leadership experience across all departments in hospitality. Besides the founder, it includes a head team co-ordinator and two senior team co-ordinators, whose backgrounds include cheffing and wine.

The company says it works only with employers who share its values, particularly those that prioritise their teams and offer a fair working culture. Its partners include Trullo, Quality Chop House and Bubala. It also speaks to people who want career guidance without actively looking for a new job.
