Holztrattner Consulting is an Austrian consulting and marketing agency that helps employers find, hire and retain staff. It says it does not offer placement. Instead it gives employers and their HR departments the tools to receive enough applications to fill vacancies themselves. Its work includes job ad optimisation, social media campaigns, career sites, employee photos and video interviews, applicant management software, and retention measures such as a digital training platform and employee surveys. It covers roles from skilled workers to middle management.

It works for employers in skilled trades, industry, the wood industry, tourism and hospitality, transport and logistics, and municipalities. Martin Holztrattner, now managing director, started the business as a sole proprietorship in 2016, and it became a GmbH in June 2020. The company is based in Terfens, Tyrol, where it moved from Stans in 2023, and serves clients in Austria, Germany and Switzerland. It reports more than 100 partner companies.
