Holland Talent Group is a Dutch arbeidsbemiddelaar with a firm focus on finance, a position it sums up in three words on its home page: Focus on Finance. The company's argument for that focus is that finance touches every strategic business process and so forms the basis for continuity in a client's commercial success. Its owners earned their own credentials as financial executives, which the company says makes them strong counterparts in the intake conversations it holds with both candidates and clients, and they are entrepreneurs themselves, so they understand what an employer is really after when recruiting a new member of staff. Holland Talent Group offers three routes into that market: Interim en Detachering, Werving en Selectie, and Executive Search.

The finance remit runs from salaris administrateurs and assistant controllers through to senior controllers and financieel directeuren. For interim and detachering work the company employs finance professionals on its own payroll with financial training at MBO, HBO or WO level. Werving en Selectie is used for vacancies that need to be filled permanently rather than temporarily, and Executive Search draws on the owners' executive background and network, which the company says has already built a strong track record in filling executive posts.
