Hiverr Talents is a Paris based agency of freelance tech and data experts, describing itself as l'agence des experts freelances and putting the best tech specialists at the disposal of client companies for successful collaborations. Its focus is captured in three words used across the site: data, Salesforce and AI. The company was founded by Matthieu Bouilde, its Founder and Director, who brings ten years of experience recruiting freelance tech and data experts and says he has kept the same determination to support freelancers and clients in the best possible way, in complete transparency. Its motto is connecting expertise, creating futures, and its approach is people first.

Hiverr Talents organises its network into communities. The data community covers Data Engineer, Cloud Architect, MLOps, Analytics Engineer and DevOps profiles. The CRM community covers Salesforce developers, Salesforce integration architects, Marketing Cloud specialists, Mulesoft architects and CPQ consultants. The AI community covers Data Scientists, LLM experts and AI Engineers. Engagements run through four steps: découverte, an initial call to clarify the requirement, sourcing to find the best suited expert, signature of the contract and compliance, and suivi, ongoing follow up of the assignment so objectives are met.

The company offers three commercial packages. The FREE offer allows one free job advert a month, relayed to its community of freelance experts, with no commitment and a boost to employer brand. The SELF-SERVICE offer, at 149 euros a month, gives unlimited access to its Search function with advanced filters, unlimited job postings, and freelancers' contact details and availability. The GRAND COMPTE offer assigns a dedicated senior recruiter who selects the two or three best freelance profiles within 48 hours, saving the client time and securing negotiated TJM rates, with Hiverr Talents contracting and paying the freelancer directly for 15 percent of the daily rate. The company operates from 9 Rue des Colonnes in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris.
