It was founded by Lauren Roobottom, who is Founder and Director, and its office is on Martin Place in Sydney.

Its specialisations are family and domestic violence, housing and homelessness, child, youth and family, Aboriginal and First Nation services, aged care, disability and NDIS, mental health and alcohol and other drugs, lived experience, business support, and asylum seeker and refugee services. It recruits across Sydney, regional New South Wales, Brisbane, Canberra and Alice Springs.
